Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We also provide refunds and returns for unopened packages or products that arrive defective.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union β 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hopsteller@gmail.com
